Travel Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel planning and booking services provided by HotMess Getaways. By requesting quotes, submitting traveler information, making payments, or confirming travel arrangements through HotMess Getaways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Effective Date: 5/1/2026
Agency Role:
HotMess Getaways acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers.
Pricing & Availability:
All pricing and availability are subject to change until deposit and/or full payment is received and confirmed.
Deposits & Payments:
Deposits and payments are required as specified by the supplier. Final payment dates are set by the supplier. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Service Fees:
Service fees may apply, are non-refundable, and will be disclosed before payment is made.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the supplier’s policies. Refunds, if any, will come directly from the supplier, not from HotMess Getaways.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for any cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical expenses, or supplier defaults, and you agree not to hold HotMess Getaways liable for any resulting losses.
Occupancy Changes & Traveler Cancellations:
Pricing for many travel packages, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages is based on the number of travelers sharing accommodations. If one or more travelers cancel, the remaining travelers may be subject to repricing, increased rates, reduced promotional offers, additional fees, or changes in availability imposed by the travel supplier.
HotMess Getaways is not responsible for supplier-imposed pricing changes or penalties resulting from changes to the number of travelers in a reservation.
Clients are responsible for any additional costs, fees, or repricing associated with occupancy changes, cancellations, or reservation modifications made after booking.
Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for obtaining required passports (typically valid for 6+ months after travel), visas, REAL ID for domestic travel, and any vaccinations or entry requirements.
Changes & Modifications:
Changes or modifications may incur supplier and/or service fees and are subject to availability and price changes.
Force Majeure:
Events such as weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, and airline/supplier disruptions may affect your travel plans.
Limitation of Liability:
HotMess Getaways is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or additional expenses incurred. In no event shall HotMess Getaways’ liability exceed the total amount paid for the travel services booked through us.
Traveler Information Accuracy:
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification. Any changes may result in supplier fees or cancellation.
Document Review:
You must review all travel documents and notify HotMess Getaways of any errors immediately.
Chargebacks:
You agree not to dispute charges with your bank or credit card company for services authorized and provided under this agreement. In the event of a chargeback, you agree to reimburse HotMess Getaways for all costs incurred, including but not limited to administrative fees, supplier penalties, and legal fees.
Third-Party Suppliers:
HotMess Getaways acts solely as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures.
No Guarantees:
HotMess Getaways does not guarantee any specific travel outcomes, experiences, or supplier performance, including but not limited to weather conditions, accommodations, or transportation schedules.
Right to Refuse Service:
HotMess Getaways reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion.
